How can Disability Services help me?

Keystone Student Disability Services, a division of the Library & Learning Center, works with administrators, faculty, and staff to provide reasonable accommodations and support services for students with disabilities and the proper documentation. They can help with IEP, class modifications, more time for tests, equal access to learning environments, or other services. We can establish and disseminate criteria for disability services and meet to discuss access needs as well as receive and file confidential documentation to support eligibility for disability services and accommodations. We can also collaborate with faculty and staff regarding essential course and/or program requirements and appropriate reasonable accommodations and promote disability equity and inclusion on campus.

You can find help here with billing, apply for loans aid, check outstanding balances and refunds, register for classes, order transcripts, review grades, and ask questions about FERPA, the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

What is the Student Counseling and Well-Being Center?

The Counseling and Well-Being Center at Keystone College provides compassionate, quality counseling and well-being services to our students. We strive to create an atmosphere of wellness, and facilitate healthy lifestyle choices for students, staff and faculty. We educate our students to be conscientious about their health and promote self-care and independence. Keystone has partnered with Geisinger Health System and the Wright Center for Community Health. Students needing health assistance during normal business hours will have the option of being transported free of charge to either the Geisinger Care Works or the Wright Center for Primary Care, each in nearby Clarks Summit. For medical emergencies and for situations occurring after business hours, ambulance service to local hospital emergency rooms will be available.
